MORE YOUTHFUL EU POLICIES

On the initiative of the European Youth Forum (YFJ), five Members of the European Parliament are launching a written declaration calling on the EU to devote more attention to youth empowerment in EU policies.

This spring, the YFJ is seeking to mobilise support for this campaign from youth organisations, young people and anyone taking the needs of young people seriously, in order to encourage at least half the Members of the European Parliament to sign the declaration.

So far, 126 MEPs have signed the declaration, including Graham Watson, Chairman of the ALDE Group, and Joseph Daul, Chairman of the EPP-ED Group.
If you wish to know which other MEPs have already signed, please check here in this section, you will also find the contact details for all MEPs just by clicking on their names; if you want to encourage those who have not signed to do so, we've also provided you with some material in the 'Lobby pack' section.
