Funding of International Non-Governmental Youth Organisations (INGYOs) is one the prime focuses in the work of the European Youth Forum (YFJ). Both in the advocacy work vis-à-vis Funding Institutions to ensure access and transparent procedures as well to provide the Member Organisations with info and training on funding programmes.

For this reason, the YFJ has organised, as every year, an Information and Training day targeting INGYOs seeking updated information on funding opportunities. On the 15th of October, this day brought together representatives from the European Commission and the Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), the CoE's European Youth Foundation and the European Social Fund as well as practitioners from the Member and Non-Member Organisations of the YFJ, for an exchange of information on new developments in the funding programmes, relevant for INGYOs. The Information  and Training Day has provided practical information and guidance on how to apply for structural funding to the European Commission and the CoE's EYF, as well as information on other types of funding for INGYOs.
