Meet the European Youth Capital 2022 Short-Listed Candidate cities!

The competition for the award of European Youth Capital 2022 is heating up! From 12 great applications at the beginning of the year, now five short-listed candidate cities have submitted their second round of applications to the independent Jury.

What happens next? 

These five cities will have the opportunity to receive feedback on their applications from the Jury, a focus group experienced in fostering youth participation at the local level and acting as an external evaluator to help the candidate cities improve.

The cities will submit their final, updated applications on 22 September 2019 and will have a last chance to convince the EYC 2022 Selection Jury why they should be awarded the title. The winner of the European Youth Capital 2022 will be announced at the Award Ceremony in Amiens, European Youth Capital 2020, on 21 November 2019.
