RCY - Red Cross Red Crescent European Youth Network

The Red Cross Red Crescent European Youth Network (EYN) is a regional platform that unites young volunteers and youth leaders from 54 National Societies across Europe and Central Asia. Established in 1975, it connects over 800,000 young people to promote humanitarian values, share best practices, and strengthen youth engagement within the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. The EYN focuses on three core pillars: knowledge management, advocacy, and cooperation, aiming to empower youth as strategic actors in humanitarian action and decision-making processes. The network is coordinated by the European Youth Coordination Committee (EYCC), a group of seven elected youth representatives who guide its activities and initiatives.
