Call for activities in the EYE Village

27/09/2024

Are you a member of a youth or civil society organisation ready to make a difference and inspire thousands of young people from all across Europe? The EYE Village is your chance to do just that!

Every two years, the EYE (European Youth Event) brings together thousands of young people from across the European Union and beyond, right at the heart of European democracy. The EYE is a unique opportunity for 16- to 30 year-olds to inspire and get inspired, to debate directly with Members of the European Parliament and other European decision-makers, and to exchange views with experts, activists and content creators.

EYE2025, the sixth edition of this event, will take place on 13 and 14 June 2025, offering a dynamic mix of interactive activities, debates, workshops, visits, artistic performances and much more – both inside the European Parliament in Strasbourg and around the EYE Village.

But that’s not all!

The EYE Village programme will be coordinated by the European Youth Forum, as a space where creativity meets activism, with activities co-created by youth and civil society organisations, ensuring representation and plurality of perspectives.

Who is this call for?

Are you part of a youth group or civil society organisation from across the EU? Do you want to engage young people in meaningful discussions about the issues that matter most to them? Then this call for activities is for you! Whether you have organised activities before or wish to debut in the EYE Village, we want to hear from you.

This is your chance to take part in one of the biggest youth events in Europe. By organising activities in the EYE Village, you will connect with thousands of young people, share your knowledge, and help shape the future of Europe.

We will provide a platform through which individuals, self-organising movements, grass-roots organisations and established networks can shape ideas in a creative, fun and vibrant space.

Organisations applying have to fulfil the following three criteria:

  • Be established in one of the EU Member States;

  • Be non-for profit entity or equivalent according to the national legislation;

  • Without partisan political affiliation.

Thanks to every organisation that applied. Check the selection procedure below and stay tuned!

Selection procedure

Wondering how your application will be evaluated? Check out the steps below:

  2. Selection Committee Review: A Selection Committee, composed of 8 members will evaluate the applications. The committee will focus on your capacity to achieve the objectives of the EYE ensuring a balanced and impartial selection process.
