Pathways for a directive to ban unpaid internships

As part of our #BanUnpaidInternships campaign, we want to see the introduction of a proposal for an EU Directive that sets out a gold standard as to what a quality internship should look like. This must include provisions that ensure that interns in the open market are paid a living wage. This policy brief outlines the legal basis under which the EU can adopt such binding legislation.
