Strengthening the EU Youth Strategy and the EU Youth Dialogue

With the current EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027 coming to a close, the next 2028 EU Youth Strategy must move from ambition to delivery - ensuring that youth participation, mainstreaming and support translate into real impact on young people’s lives. This paper sets out how to achieve this through a stronger strategic framework, clearer governance of participation mechanisms, and a more effective EU Youth Dialogue.
