The European Youth Forum calls for a successor to NextGenerationEU that places young people and future generations at its core. We advocate for a new EU investment instrument that ensures intergenerational fairness, mobilises substantial resources for climate and social infrastructure, and guarantees meaningful youth participation in decisions shaping our future.
